Covid Restrictions
Effective January 15, 2022- In order to be serviced, client must provide proof of vaccination or show negative covid test results dated within 24-48 hours upon arrival to appointment.

Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period. Arriving after this grace period will result in appointment cancellation and no refund.

Deposits/Transfers
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking. This is for new and existing clients. This deposit will go toward your services. All clients must have a credit card on file in order to book an appointment. If the salon schedule permits, deposits are able to be transferred to a new date and time. Changes MUST BE made via phone 24 hours prior to originally scheduled appointment. No changes can be made after the 24th hour.

Late Cancellation/No Show
There is 24 hour notification required to cancel. Cancellation is required via salon phone. Cancellations that come in later than the 24 hour notice will be disregarded. (Deposit is non refundable.) No shows will result in non refundable and non transferable deposit. When booking for specials, please note that the deposit is non refundable and non transferrable.

Payments
Upon completion of your service, your balance can be paid via card, cash app, or cash.
​
Kids
There are no kids allowed in the salon suite or waiting area unattended.

Clientele
My services are for adults. Services are for clients 18 and up; NO EXCEPTIONS

Waiting Area
The Mosaic Salon waiting area is for clients who are being serviced only. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum. ***DUE TO COVID, THE WAITING AREA IS CURRENTLY CLOSED.

Dryer Suites
The Mosaic Salon dryer suites are for clients who are being serviced only. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum. Please use headphones when listening to music and making phone calls.

Styling
I do not remove sew in installs, quick weaves, and or braids that were not installed by me. I do not provide weave services for clients who have hair loss, alopecia, and or extremely damaged hair (that they refuse to cut and treat)...this is my professional decision. A custom express wig unit may be a better fit for these clients. An in person or virtual consultation is required.

Please book all services that you need to ensure that there is time reserved for your full experience.

Texting
Please feel free to send text messages ESPECIALLY if you are unable to reach me by phone. When I am in the salon working with clients, please understand that the client in the chair is priority. I will reply via text as soon as possible. For questions about what hair to bring please text or call prior to the day of your appointment. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply via text. If you have a question about a particular style, please also feel free to send picture mail. ***IF YOU HAVE A SERIES OF QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR HAIR AND WHAT CAN OR CANNOT BE ACHIEVED, PLEASE MOVE FORWARD BY BOOKING A HAIR CONSULTATION SO THAT I CAN BEST ADVISE.
